Who We Are
An Interac payments site rather than a casino site: what a transfer costs at your bank, what the name on your statement is, and which of our figures we have actually confirmed.
Why We Started This Site
Here's the thing about casino review sites: most of them are garbage.
They slap together some generic content, list whatever casinos pay the highest commission, and call it a day. They've never deposited a cent at the casinos they recommend. They definitely haven't tried to withdraw. And when you get stung by a rogue operator? They're nowhere to be found.
We started Interac Casinos because we were sick of this. As Canadian players ourselves, we'd been burned too many times. Promised "instant withdrawals" that took three weeks. Bonuses with 80x wagering and $50 max bet rules buried in page 47 of the terms. Customer support that responds with copy-paste answers that don't address your question.
So we set out to build something checkable instead. Every fee, limit and bonus term here traces back to a document you can open yourself: the operator's own terms, the bank's own published page, Interac's own institution list. Where we cannot confirm something, the page says so rather than printing a plausible number. We do not claim payout testing we cannot show you records for, and if we run and document real payment tests we will publish the records alongside the claim.
What This Site Actually Does
Most casino sites treat the payment method as a footnote. Here it is the subject, and that shapes what we build:
A guide per financial institution
Twenty-seven of them, each built from that bank's own record: what a transfer costs, what the limits are, how card payments behave, and how much of it we have confirmed. Not the same page with a bank name swapped in.
Provenance on every figure
Each bank record carries a flag and a date. Verified means we read the figure off the bank's own published page. Researched means we did not. Some records hold no bank-specific price at all, and those say so.
The statement question, answered properly
"What is Gigadat on my statement?" is one of the most common things people search here. Our answer explains the entry and then tells you to reconcile it, because a familiar processor name is not proof a charge is yours.
A tool that refuses to fake it
The Bank Checker covers the Interac roster, and it deliberately shows the same casino list for every bank. Interac e-Transfer reaches every operator from every participating institution, so a per-bank casino list would be invented.
The honest limitation: this is desk research, not a payment-testing operation. We have no deposit and withdrawal test records for the operators we list, so we do not claim any, and the bank records that are merely researched outnumber the verified ones. Both facts are stated on the pages themselves rather than buried here.
What We Believe
Say Where the Bias Is
We earn a commission when you sign up through our links, and that pays for the site. Commission rates do not set the ranking order, but there is a structural bias worth naming anyway: every operator we list has an affiliate programme, so the list is drawn from operators that pay rather than from every operator a Canadian could use. That is true of any affiliate site, and it is a reason to check our claims against the operator's own terms. Our affiliate disclosure spells this out, including the two places we link and get nothing for.
Your Money, Your Decision
We give you information. You make the call. We're not here to tell you which casino is "best" in some absolute sense – the best casino depends on what YOU want. Fast withdrawals? Massive bonus? Specific game providers? Different priorities, different recommendations.
Gambling Should Be Fun
If it's not fun anymore, don't do it. Seriously. We're massive advocates for responsible gambling tools, bankroll management, and knowing when to step away. The house always wins in the long run – play for entertainment, not income.
Our Commitment
Everything we publish carries its source and its date, and anything unconfirmed is labelled as such. If you send us a correction we will fix it or mark the figure unconfirmed, and if we receive credible reports about an operator we list, we will say so on the page. What we will not do is describe research as testing.
